At this point, Crim had seen just about enough. If she wasn't going to attack him, he'd just have to go ahead and give her the business himself. Now, he couldn't be absolutely certain what kind of optical proficiency this android (or whatever approximation of artificial life she happened to be - 'android' was just a catch-all in his mind) possessed, but he figured it didn't matter much either way, since her reaction time and physical speed capabilities - or lack thereof - were all that would really be of any concern in the coming moments. Suffice it to say, by this point, he felt that he had a pretty solid handle on all that, but he'd adapt as usual should anything happen to change. So yeah. Pretty much all of that song and dance and rigmarole over the last few minutes or so had just been for show. A more-or-less pointless ruse, intended mostly as something of a last chance to give his opponent something to work with, being that he really was inkling for something - anything - to give him a little excitement for a change. As usual, that just didn't seem to be in the cards. He understood the reasoning behind it, of course. His reputation alone tended to give any prospective opponents a great deal of trepidation. There were all kinds of tall(ish) takes about swordsmen attempting to go head-on against him, only to be torn to absolute ribbons in the blink of an eye by 'unseen blades' or some such. Or stories of searing blasts of Ether erupting from the ground, vaporizing anyone or anything foolhardy enough to get too close. And those were just the PG-13 versions! AND this wasn't even getting into the horrifying rumors of giant goddamn robots showing up outta nowhere and tearing everything apart all willy nilly at Crim's apparent behest! So of course it only made sense for would-be adversaries, assailants and assassins to err more on the side of caution. But really, that was just a bad idea 99 times out of 100 when it came to Crim. Hell, probably more like 100 times outta 100. All that ever did was give him time to gauge the extent of their abilities, while he mostly just stood around and let them think they were doing the same. Exceedingly few fighters possessed a skill set as diverse as his, and the simple reason for that was his sheer level of experience, coupled with his excessively broad array of personal assets and equipment. Being the captain of one of the most powerful and well-equipped space pirate vessels known to exist, tended to come with heaps and heaps of benefits, after all. Was it fair? Well, no, not at all. Was life fair? Haha, what are you, a moron!?
With all that being said...he wasted no more time. His action was immediate.

Throwing his blade hadn't been meant as an attack. He couldn't have cared any less about the molten spheres that the android had deployed. In fact, all they really did was provide him with a convenient assist for distraction purposes. As expected, his DaiKeiOh's path was unimpeded by the collision as it continued up and into its arcing trajectory high into the air. He was sure she would keep some focus upon it, but that wouldn't change anything as far as his intentions went, because what he did as a follow-up would almost certainly serve to drive her sensors into at least some sort of temporary confusion. The blade continued on, traveling at the speed of light (as that was the form it had taken on - albeit temporarily), and within an instant, less than a blink, even for the advanced optical sensors of an android, Crim himself also became Light Ether, and vanished in a literal flash as his body was transported directly to the airborne blade. This was a 'hidden trick' of sorts that Crim had devised when utilizing both DaiKeiOh, and DaiRaiOh, which was another one of the Four Blades in his possession. Given the innate properties of the blade that enabled it to be 'summoned' to the location of the wielder at any given moment, Crim discovered that the opposite was also possible: that he could, in essence, transfer himself to the blade. In the case of DaiRaiOh, it had the effect of temporarily turning his body into a bolt of Divine Lightning. In the case of this blade, DaiKeiOh, it turned Crim into a streak of Divine Light, which, of course, traveled at the speed of light - which naturally, also meant that all of this was taking place in the span of mere microseconds, even fractions of said, given the relatively short distances involved.
By the time the android girl had gone about her business of setting up her 100 meter triangular perimeter deal around Crim's former location, he was already well out of that range, since the trajectory of his previously flung DaiKeiOh had gone entirely unimpeded and all. Its path had actually taken it around his opponent's left side, slicing through several buildings in the process, infusing each of them with radiant Divine Light Ether along the way. Crim himself rematerialized in midair, over 300 meters away, concealed behind a particularly tall skyscraper (a good 500 meter one, with a big spire at the top!) that was to the rear of the android girl's position. He grasped the blade by its scabbard in his left hand, his right hovering over, but not actually gripping the handle as he held it horizontally in front of him, as if poised to draw it at any given moment. The very moment he rematerialized, each of the buildings that DaiKeiOh had sliced through suddenly erupted with energy as blade-like waves of Divine Light shot out from the cross-sections where they'd been cleanly severed. This caused several immediate concerns for the android girl. First, the blade-waves of Divine Light, obviously weren't meant to just be pretty. These were deadly powerful energy forms that would cleanly sever just about anything they came into contact with, up to and including fortress-level armor complete with extra shielding (electromagnetic, energy-based, etc). Granted, these weren't precision-aimed, not at this time anyway, but even though Crim hadn't aimed any of them, there were so damn many that just through sheer coincidence, several ended up heading straight for android girl anyway. Another concern was the toppling top halves of the buildings themselves, which each still seemed to retain some saturation of Ether. If you guessed these things are going to explode when they hit the ground, congratulations! You win! What to you win? Nothing! Just the satisfaction of correctly guessing that the collapsing buildings were going to explode and send out a holy shit ton of hypersonic debris, along with more Divine Light energy, in mere seconds, all on dangerously close proximity to the android.
And that wasn't even Crim's main attack! All that was, was just the secondary effect of his sneaky evasion scheme. Now, if it wasn't clear yet, it ought to be at this point, that his possession of the DaiKeiOh granted him what just might be tantamount to complete dominion over Fire and Light. Already, he has demonstrated the ability to (if only temporarily) become Light. It'd likely stand to reason that he could probably become Fire as well.
His aura remained the same as before as he hovered in midair, some 250 odd meters above the ground, and just a few feet behind the outer wall of the tall spired skyscraper. One noticeable difference from earlier, was that his hands looked to be glowing a furious deep fire red, with 'veins' of bright light coursing throughout. This effect actually extended up his forearms to just past his elbows. Whatever it was, probably wasn't anything too friendly, but that would ultimately be something that would have to be discovered 'the hard way'. Further, while his aura of Fire and Light was indeed quite intense, he himself didn't radiate any heat, or at least, nothing that would be considered dangerous. Powerful waves of Ether? Yes, certainly! He wasn't attempting to conceal any of that at this point. But he actually kept his heat completely contained. As someone who was highly practiced in keeping his powers in check in order to mitigate collateral damage, as well as spare the vast majority of his opponents any lethal harm (by necessity - dang Rune Curse!), Crim was excessively adept at focusing and channeling his Ether. Such was his control, that he could easily release the payload equivalent to a Tsar Bomba nuclear detonation through a pinpoint if he wanted to. Not that he would want to. Or would he want to? Maybe he would!
While he definitely could have unleashed more hell upon his foe - he had tons of time, after all - he decided to wait and see once again. Well, assuming she'd have been able to effectively deal with his little gift basket just now. From his current position, while he couldn't visibly see her, his various other senses were able to keep track of her just as well. His stance would also enable him numerous options, should she manage to counter him at any point.
He smirked broadly, a flash of Divine Fire flaring up from his left eye as he did so, along with some visible veins of light creeping up the side of his face.
"Bwahahaha! Burn, baby, buuurn!!!"
