Personality
Aliana comes across as cold, distant and uncaring of the world around her, but that has come from the loses and pain in her life until now. In truth, she has a soft spot for most creatures, outside of sentient humanoids. her passions is shown through her musical and combative talent. While she has and shows no current allegiance, once her trust and respect are earned, there is nothing she won't do. She has no issues with killing and psychologically so far, it hasn't affected her. Aliana's heart is closed off to the idea of joining souls. The prospect scares her now.

Immortality: Aliana is ageless, though that does not make her invulnerable, as she can bleed and feel pain like any other creature of flesh. She can die. However, as her soul itself is immortal, she can be resurrected/turned into a summon as has been done in the past.
Regeneration: Due to her nature as an Esper, she has faster regeneration than most. A small cut could heal in seconds, a stab wound in days. She cannot regenerate severe damage like a severed limb.
Combat Intuition: Due to her age and experience with war, she has grown to read the way people move in combat and can often adapt as needed.
Power Containment: The ability to seal her Esper form into an object on her person to access when necessary. She does this not only to fit in, but so her powers don't overwhelm others or herself, since she is not supposed to exist out of Alfheim or the Nethicite she was originally sealed into.

Nibelung Valesti: An attack filled with aether, where she can summon an aether based form of all her weapons (whether she has them at hand or not), thrusting them at the foe telekinetically and causing a large explosion upon impact. Generally multiple versions of the weapons appear and converge into the opponent's target location.
Object Reading: Aliana can read the history of an item through touch. The more emotion an object has absorbed, the more information she can garner from it. It can also be a painful process, depending on the data stored in the object.

Aether Aura: By surrounding herself in pure Aether, Aliana has many choices in how to use this ability. For some, she can fuel their energy reserves by converting the pure element into another of their choosing, be it element or energy. Another way, is to use it for mild gravity negation, in which allows to her to float no more than two feet off the ground in order to maneuver in ways otherwise not possible, with greater speeds. Lastly, a barrier can be created to cover the body as thin as the air itself by pure Aether or shields of other elements and energies can be chosen.

Valkyrie's Embrace: A sword forged at the moment of her creation, bore the intensity of Illyrian steel, engraved with the vines of a great tree and imbued by Aether. The handle is covered by black leather, the blade never growing dull rings out in melodious tune when swung. It exhumes gravitational pressure around it, making it difficult for others to be around or wield the sword once unsheathed.

Esthar Ring: Although it appears like normal gold and ruby, the metal comes from the very sword used to destroy nethicite, if chosen, for good. This ring is the opposing force to "Valkyrie's Soul". It can destroy the Esper fully, as if her soul never existed.
Lockpicking Kit: A normal lockpicking kit.
Redwood Violin: A normal violin, given to her by a lost love.
Backpack: Time lord tech. Bigger on the inside.
After the many wars that had raged the planet and the countries had finally found peace, there was Princess Andrea. The first of her line to hear the true words of the Esper, as the nethicite she was sealed into absorbed into the royal's very DNA. From there, Aliana came to knew compassion and love. But as it was, the Esper would live on and humans had such fleeting lives. Twelve more followed after Andrea, and it became more unbearable after each loss to the point that Aliana cut her emotions. It was easier not to feel and guide these people into their destinies.
This worked well until Freya, the princess who would make strides and change the lives of many, Aliana included. Becoming the best of friends was only the start of their story, however as chaos does, it surrounded them soon enough. War broke out for the first time in centuries and Freya wanted to fight. It was with Aliana's instruction that she was able to do so. In recognition, for the first time since her sealing, Aliana was given control of Freya's body to use every so often or when the girl was in peril that she could not hope to survive on her own.
Due to this kindness, Aliana met and fell in love with Ephraim. Both warriors in their own right and neither wanted to be where they were. A plan was hatched that they would head deeper into Arcadia months later, both to make use of the technology advancements regarding soul research and to get information back to Dalmasca to win the war. This would be the end of Aliana's story with the two people she loved most and the world she had grown to care for as she watched over countless ages.
The machine did indeed do its job in separating both the princess and esper, however due to a raid just as the process was occurring, Aliana was seemingly ripped apart in front of her comrades. The ending result was her arriving on Aglis Coolon, a planet in a different realm she was used to. The esper did everything she could to get back, but after some time, she was forced to give up the idea she might ever go back. Making a life on Aglis Coolon was not easy, as it had been hard to get her powers under control in this new realm. For now though, she has settled nearby the town of Kadessa, living away from the humanoids that live in the small village.

When it finally did, the Occurria realised their mistake, sealing her like the Scions of Dark, away for crimes not yet commited. It was this that began Aliana's long descent into pulling away from humanity as she was either used as a summon for nefarious means over time, or lost in the dark depths of history. Such was her life until one Dalmascan princess came along.Tenebrae: A wolf that towers slightly over Aliana. Black fur, red eyes and covered in scars. He has been with Aliana since she was torn away from Ivalice.
